The Rooms

The hotel has 85 modern luxurious rooms and suites all designed in contemporary Nordic style. The rooms are bright, nicely decorated and most of them overlooking either garden or the sea.   The rooms are classified as Superior, Deluxe and Mini Suites.

We stayed in a Deluxe room which was equipped with shower & a bath tub, wardrobe and coat hanger, hairdryer, safetybox, phone, table, TV, wi-fi along with roasted nuts, fruits and water bottle. 

Facilities

There are 85 modern rooms and suites, state-of-the-art Spa, Fitness centre, Cafe & Restaurant, 23 meeting & conference rooms, 240 free parking spaces. 

The Spa and fitness centre are an architectural masterpiece designed by Henning Larsen Architects. There are 16 different hot/cold bathing experience including the hydrospa that rejuvenates and renews the energy and leave us de-stressed. Its recommended to buy Skodsborg bathing ritual kit which contains a shower glove, Chamomile Showel gel, Body Scrub, Body lotion, Rehydrating day cream, Fuss balm and rejuvenating Spirulina Masque. 

They have good spa treatment facility in house.  The hotel is also home to the fitness centre which also run team activities on a regular basis that include Yoga, Cycling, Zumba, Aqua Fitness etc.

The Restaurant – A kitchen with attitude and opinions

They say they have attitude towards the food, ingredients, suppliers, animal welfare and taste.  They cook locally sourced food, and use a lot of herbs which was evident in the food that we had, and they tasted very good. 

Customer Service

We had a good service throughout our stay. The staff are very warm and welcoming. People who served food in restaurant asked us about our diet requirements and made sure we knew what ingredients were used in the food. They also checked on us if everything was alright. They customised the food to suit our vegan/vegetarian needs and the food was tasty. The fitness and spa had sufficient staff around to help us navigate through the centres, so we were not lost.
