Loch Glascarnoch is a 7 km long reservoir between Ullapool and Inverness, lying 8 miles to the little town Garve. The drive up north from Inverness itself takes you to magical and scenic landscapes that has no touristy crowd. Whatever the season is, you are left spellbound with the vast mountains, and gorgeous lochs. When we see tourists flodding the usual Inverness and Loch Ness, all we could think of is, how much they are missing these hidden gems up north.
